This is an important message for everyone who thinks it’s okay to not sing “O Canada” in school because it “offends people not born in Canada”, who’s solution to “offending non-Christians” by celebrating Christmas in school is to not celebrate Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanza, Solstice, Yule, or anything else, who thinks censoring Warner Bros. cartoons will reduce violence in the world and who solves every problem in their life by blaming their parents:
I’ve finally got you assholes figured out: you had a “bad childhood,” and are trying to eradicate everything you think caused it.
Here’s a news flash for you: everyone thinks they had a bad childhood in some way. But if you’re 40-something years old and still can’t deal with it, it’s not the fault of the National Anthem or Christmas or Looney Tunes or your parents. It’s nobody’s fault but your own.
