The sad, cautionary tale of Autochon the Bellringer is known throughout Sigil. While he remained simply a flavourful background character through the main run of Planescape, he eventually took on an important role in the 2nd/3rd edition crossover module Die, Vecna, Die! For those considering a Pathfinder update of that module (I won’t be doing it), or who are looking to have your players interact with the cursed courier, below are his statistics in Pathfinder Roleplaying Game format.
Reading Autochon’s background, it seemed to me he was well on his way through the unbreakable archetype even before he was cursed by Noshteroth. Even if he’s advanced all the way to 20th level or beyond, the class features from this archetype will never lessen the effect of the Bells of Baphomet.

Bells of Baphomet (Su) When not in his Gray Waste plate armour (including helmet and closed visor), Autochon is tormented by the Bells of Baphomet. For every day without the armour, the Bells impose a cumulative -2 penalty to his ability checks, attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks, -4 on the second day, and -6 on the third day. After the third consecutive unprotected day, the penalties go away but he gains a continuous confusion effect, as the spell, until he is again protected from the sound of the Bells. No mortal means can delay or offset these penalties and conditions.
Fatigue (Ex) The weight of his armour causes Autochon to become fatigued after the 4th consecutive round of combat, and exhausted after the 8th consecutive round. After the 12th consecutive round, or if he otherwise becomes further fatigued while exhausted, he also gains the staggered condition. 1 hour of complete rest removes the staggered condition, after which another hour of complete rest removes the exhausted condition, as normal.
Gray Waste Plate (Su) This massive suit of dull grey +1 spiked full plate armour, forged on the Gray Waste, protects Autochon from the Bells of Baphomet at the Temple of the Abyss and from the temple’s Demon of the Bells.
Jingling (Ex) Autochon’s armour jingles with each movement. When suited, he cannot surprise foes; there is never a surprise round in any combat he initiates. He suffers a -4 penalty on sound-based Perception checks due to the jingling of his armour, and the distant sound of the Bells.
